Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I have started working as a consultant (for myself) in the sunny Bay of Plenty in NZ and I need a logo designed! I work with companies (generally startups/early-stage businesses) to help them solve problems to succeed as they (very quickly scale/grow big). This can be from organisational design work to operational efficiency analysis and support to operational planning and project management. The companies I work with normally have something tricky going on that means they need a bespoke solution to the problem as opposed to any form of generic process -my logo would ideally show/indicate this. Note the background to KPS is that I thought "knotty problem solving" was as good a name as I could work out (as a lighthearted way of saying complicated). I want the logo to be professional but not too serious.
EDIT: After reviewing a few of the first designs some additional points. Please do not include the words "knotty problem solving". Please do not use red and/or green as colours and please try and include some personality in the design (I am not a large corporate)
EDIT 2: Noone has attempted to use a rope/knot in the design and I would love to see some options containing this. Unravelling complexity or creating order from chaos is what the knot reference was regarding
