People who eat based on a variety of reasons such as relationships, boredom, being lead by advertising, depression, control.
Our remit:
A movement to change the eating mindset.
An emotionally supportive environment with education, tips and community to help people change their relationship with both themselves and food.
Inspiration to focus our passion for food into becoming Healthy Foodies!
To support each other reaching a healthy weight.

Use your heart not just your head
Don't be afraid to play with it or be childlike - it doesn't need to be serious!
Although listed under health and wellness, its as much about weight loss and  nutrition too
