Dreammaker’s Herbal Academy and Community

We need a logo for a business started in 1986 teaching herbs and other modalities. In 1998 we published Pathways to Healing, a Guide to Herbs, Ayurveda, Dreambody & Shamanism by Don Ollsin based on the subjects being taught and workshopped. We pioneered online teaching by adding online access in the mid 2000’s. In 2013 I completed my master’s thesis in transitioning face to face classes to online. In 2017 we added a mentorship program and a Community element by moving our work to mighty networks, a community platform.

I have been educating students to be better healers for over 4 decades. Yes, there is a difference on who you receive your knowledge from. If you are cautious of the western approach to medicine, then you may need to reconsider schools that promote medical herbalism. You also want to be very wary of going into major debt to learn about healing. I have been a professional herbalist for over 40 years and even though you can support yourself as an herbalist and even raise 3 children as I have done, it is challenging, and starting out with debt will not help.

I offer excellent educare (bringing out that which is within) that heals while it informs. I offer books, courses and programs that guide you through sustained development in your journey of self healing, community healing and earth healing. Your healing begins on the first day of study.
