Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I work in the marketing department for an electrical product and services distributor that primarily sells in the Mid-Atlantic. We are starting a new content writing project called Fromm Spotlight. This project will highlight individual specialists that work for our company. Each "Spotlight" will showcase the expertise and value they provide customers, along with some unique personal interests and highlights. The logo I need designed will represent these communications. It will serve as a brand for the project. I'd prefer to have the phrase "Fromm Spotlight" in the logo, and also have the "chevron" part of our logo used as well. I've uploaded an EPS of our logo so you can pull out the chevron and design with it. After seeing some initial designs, I'd like to see the FROMM type left as it is in the logo, with the word SPOTLIGHT underneath it. And then some type of graphical treatment above these stacked words that either literally or abstractly shows the Chevron from our logo being spotlit. And note that this project is highlighting our people and their expertise, so consider how that might impact the graphic treatment and spotlit Chevron.
