This logo is for t-shirts and hats for our film.

Film Details:
Based on real events - A lonely high school girl escapes depression and her bullies when she meets the perfect boy online, but is he too good to be true? (yes - it's a fake profile created to manipulate the teen) This story illustrates the dangers of bullying, cyber-bullying & cyber-manipulation, while illustrating the importance of educating & guiding young adults on the topic.

The logo MUST have the film title (From Under The Bridge). We have designed the film poster ourselves (attached to contest) and now need the logo. Also attached are 2 test logos. The 'troll eye' logo tested better but not perfectly (too horror-like). The 'bully troll' logo was deemed cleaner, but weaker. We also have a sketch concept, with the metaphorical arc of a bridge (a reference to the 'trolls' on the internet who bully from the shadows and reflective of the dark atmosphere of the story) over a crying 'sad' eye (representing our female teen who committed suicide), and with the tear representing the vertical line on the poster.

WE ARE OPEN TO ALL IDEAS. We love our poster, which is based on the film's opening scene/shot, where a teenage girl is lying in a bathtub, head half in water, crying her last tear before she takes her own life. So water/ripples etc can come into play. Also, in this scene, blood creeps in from the bottom of the frame giving the bath water a gradient of red to clear (bottom red, top clear). BUT AGAIN... FEEL FREE TO EXPLORE USING THE FILM DETAILS/SYNOPSIS.

Scene:
INT. BATHROOM - EVENING

CLOSE: the face of an average TEENAGE GIRL. Her name is CLARE, 16. Her head is surrounded by WATER. She is wide eyed, sad and motionless, staring into space. She blinks just once forcing a tear from the well in her eye(s) to roll down her cheek and dilute into the surrounding water before she begins to sink below the surface.

CLOSE ON: Clare’s eye. A brief MONTAGE of moments from her recent life cycle through, most are sorrowful. The only positive images are of a SMILING TEENAGE BOY, a field of SUNFLOWERS and her FATHER.
WIDEN TO REVEAL: Clare is lying in a FILLED BATHTUB dressed in her SCHOOL UNIFORM, her arms and hands by her side and out of frame. In a moment, and with a grimace and a gasp, she closes her teary eyes tight, as the red color of blood encroaches upon the clear water around her.

As the water turns completely red, fade to black.
