Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for my new business located in the North East Region of Victoria, Australia.
The region is renowned for wine growing, tourism, food, cycling. The image that comes to mind immediately is a mountain range as we are surrounded by beautiful mountains (snow capped in Winter).
I want to focus the message to my target market that I am local, hence North East, and that I provide in-house recruitment services, hence Recruitment.
People in this rural area are independent but not as economically strong such as in a large Metropolitan area.
I have run recruitment agencies in big cities in Australia - I have identified a niche for a Recruiter to become the "in-house" provider of recruitment services and charge an hourly rate rather than a huge % of the annual salary of the appointee.
I believe a strong RED will stand out.
Not sure about the font. I think corporate might be too serious. I want it to be solid but not boring.

Under the image, North East Recruitment with the bi-line "your specialist in-house recruiter". I would like one design with all the words and another with just the logo and North East Recruitment so I can use it on my email.
