Resumen de Diseño de Logo

UPDATE: Happy to see original ideas. I'm not sure my ideas were as good as some others I've seen.
A company logo for cards and shirts that incorporates a lined globe (see rough pic) with some of the lines highlighted to illuminate an 'L' and a 'P' with the name 'LightingPro' (one word) either above or below. I think the globe lines would look best in white or silver/metallic; with the letters and company name in green and blue as in attached pic. Card backgrounds can be white, shirt backgrounds could be navy or something else. Flexible on colors and designs; this is just the best I could come up with. Don't really like cliché electrical logos. EDIT: I'm adding a pic that has a ring with the look/shadow effect that makes it look round. It's kind of what I am looking for in the sphere lines.
