Resumen de Diseño Web

We are looking for a website to advertise our short-term rental business, Your Key Rental Management, currently www.yourkey.ca. Hosted on WordPress.

We have the website main page language but we are looking for someone who is creative and can present the information in a trendy, cool and professional way. I like the closed design crowd job "iVisionary Marketing - SEM, Influencer website. FUN RETRO VIBES" (see attached pictures) in terms of how the page flows, icons and stock images, other connective imagery and design features

Our main competitor website is www.luckey.com and we like how that website feels but we like the elegance of www.Mercedes-Benz.com (desktop) and main page of www.beedie.ca (desktop version). We like the slow type video on beedie.com.

MUST LOOK GOOD ON MOBILE. The mobile experience has to be good.

The content in terms of the language is in one of the attached files.

Our landing page requires the following sections;
- Revenue Maximization
- Services (I have included the content that we want highlighted but we are looking for someone to be creative with how these are displayed
- Pricing
- Featured Properties (display on a carousel) *must design a carousel that can be easily populated.
- Reviews (display on a carousel) *must design a carousel that can be easily populated.
- Contact Us (first name, last name, email, phone (required), description of property)

The header will have;
- Logo (link to main page)
- Pricing (link to pricing section found on the main page)
- Services (link to services section found on the main page)
- Properties (separate page)
- Contact (link to contact area on main page)

We would also need a coded template page that we could use to add additional pages as needed.

For the properties page, we need a landing page that would allow our guests to see all of our properties and a map view with the properties plotted on the map.

As we would collect personal information we would need a cookies/ privacy policy.

The colour palette should be on the light side. We do not want the website to have a dark feel. Colours should be consistent with that of our logo but we are open to creativity.
