Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need, on a short turn-around basis, a corporate logo for a new premium cola. The company, Victory Cola is in its infancy and will be part of a student entrepreneurial development project at a major university. The logo must be submitted to the University by January 31st (sorry -- just learned this last evening) so, I've made this a two-day turn-around.

The logo should be simple in design. We are of two mindsets, on the appearance of the logo -- one being sort-of "old timey" -- think the "look" of the new Pepsi halftime ads. The other being New York sleek -- black and white -- art deco.

The product will be a super-premium high end product. The Godiva chocolate of colas with all natural ingredients of the finest quality. So, realize that this logo (or some version of it) may be painted or embossed on the frosted glass bottle and cap.

It is extremely important that this logo not look like that of Victory Brewing Company or Victory Motorcycles (a simple google image search will show you those logos). And, the logo should not invoke Coke, Pepsi or even Valvoline Motor Oil. As much as red and blue are great colors -- that may not be the way to go.

We kind of like the V for Victory campaign of WWII -- and this pin in particular. It's simple and uses the Morse Code symbol. [Look at the array of six pins -- lower left -- simple victory) http://www.collectorsquest.com/blog/2012/08/13/v-victory-how-we-won-war/# With a color change and Victory Cola at the top, and Naturally at the bottom -- that might work.

But, don't rule out the sleek modern look, either. This is a new product. The logo needs to be simple and not "busy."

Please look at the example of the antique "Victory" pin that I posted.  I like the idea of using the Morse Code and the V together  as in . . . - V . . .-  (dot dot dot dash V).  Look at the button.  Fool with it a bit - especially the colors.
