cant submit, you have restriction in your contest can you unlock it please

What kind of restriction is there? I did not manually add one myself...

Please have a look to my design,i have submitted 3 designs all belongs to same with different mockups including 3d design ,you can choose any of the three and i will be providing all the files..Its clean simple and feminine design,pls leave a good feedback and rating

Thank you for taking the time to submit. It looks like the designs are the same, just saved differently so it appears there are more submissions than there actually are.
