Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I want to renew the logo for my school of flowers. I've attached a recent logo-ish design I really really really love. It was done by a friend who is an artist, but not necessarily a logo design professional. The woman / flowers / earings /lips reflect me, my style. The drawing is also something that my alumni and prospective students do relate to, because 90% of my students are women who want to be florists or floral designers.

So, I would like to take this drawing in turn it (or whatever it represents in essence) into a logo design that can be used on my website, instagram account, youtube videos, bags, notebooks and aprons.

Several ideas, comments in my mind:

- The thickness of the lines in the drawing are perhaps too thin to be recognized in a logo when downsized and viewed on mobile devices.
- What needs to be clearly readable on the logo is my name and the name of the school. However, my name has grown bigger than the name of the school itself. Çiçek Tasarım Okulu means Floral Design School, but obviously it is too generic. So we need to play around with the idea of emphasising my name in the logo but making sure what that brand stands for, the school.
- Need a square version of the logo (for using as an avatar in platforms like instagram, youtube logo areas
- Need a rectangular version, too? for the website or perhaps not? if you think we can manage to use a circular or 1:1 ratio logo design properly and professionally on the webpage, too
- I will be re-designing my web page, too. The new design will be cleaner and white and more elegant; somewhere in paralel with the new logo / drawing
