Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We need a brochure to help us briefly explain our Google product offering with a focus on the retail sector. It should be a "technical" brochure but at the same time attractive / fun.

Attached:
-Text with the content (Text Flyer sector retail.docx). There are some graphics included in it, but as far as possible we would like to replace them with more "casual" images. More in the style of the Town Councils Flyer also attached.
- A presentation with the images that accompany the text (Graphics used in the text.pptx) although as we mentioned we prefer to use other more friendly ones.
-An example of another similar brochure that we made from the company aimed at municipalities to see the style. They did not do it professionals, we did it from the company itself at an amateur level (Flyer Ayuntamientos.pptx)
-Google images for the retail sector that could be used (not necessary). (Google Sector Retail images. pptx)
- Intelligence Partner and Google Cloud logos
