Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

Hi,

Please see attached file as I have done up a very very basic flyer just with the information that will need to be presented.

Please don't go with this as a format I would like, as I have no design skills at all.

I'm looking for something that is basic but professional looking capturing this information.
I would prefer if the symbols were changed so they were all consistent and the colour scheme worked together with the logo.

If you can use the picture of the screen provided as I will replace this once my product has its photoshoot.
