Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The Bayside Business Network (BBN) is a local business networking group run by Bayside City Council in Melbourne, Victoria (Australia), an inner-urban municipality with a large number of small office businesses and managers/professionals as residents. The BBN has been in operation for approximately 10 years and is currently very successful with nearly 400 members and well attended events. The purpose of the network is to bring local business professionals together at a calendar of events and through online networking and to encourage b2b connections.

The BBN does not directly compete with neighbouring Council's business networks or private initiatives such as BNI. Nevertheless, members are drawn from all over inner are middle-metropolitan Melbourne and growth in BBN membership is a core objective.

As the branding is now over 10 years old we wish to refresh the
branding and logo of the BBN to relaunch it.

Council's aspiration is for the Network to continue to grow steadily and for the BBN brand to be recognised throughout Bayside and widely through Melbourne as representing opportunities to build business relationships with nearby professionals.

Some of the elements we are considering are:

A more contemporary image
Dynamic and exciting, creates interest
Trustworthy
Confident in itself and inspiring confidence
Innovative

We particularly do not want to retain the 'three B's' in the graphic component of the existing logo

The logo will need to be able to be translated to all BBN promotional material including the website, Billboards, Mobile applications/browsers, website banners, email blasts, powerpoint presentations, hard copy collateral.

A logo that can be adapted (mono colour, bicolour) effectively would be looked upon favorably.
