i deleted it and saved a new one from illustrator to make it more compatible hopefully. I have no issues opening it so i just saved it as a new pdf. hopefully this helps. i tried uploading as an image but the this system would not allow the image ratio to upload

@Project Owner would you be okay with an XD file for the final submission or would you like a Psd in specific?

I believe an xd file will be ok since it is Adobe, but I will have to confirm with my web team
