We are a commercial real estate company that owns and leases three buildings in Lake Norman - near Charlotte, North Carolina called Kenton Circle. We need a logo for the entire development - options to include the city, ST (Huntersville, NC) within the logo would also be welcome.
As a part of the Lake Norman community — Huntersville is one of Charlotte’s most affluent and rapidly growing areas, boasting an average household income of nearly $114,500 and population growth of over 100% since 2000. Many of Kenton Circle’s tenants, such as Merrill Lynch, Raymond James, SunTrust Mortgage, UBS and Wells Fargo have chosen this specific location within the Lake Norman community to draw from the wealthy client base located in the nearby residential neighborhoods.
Kenton Circle is the premier office property in the Huntersville/Lake Norman area. We’re the high visibility, high end building that caters to image conscious tenants looking to provide their clients and employees with a best in class office experience. Located on Sam Furr. Rd., the only high volume east-west connector immediately south of Lake Norman, these buildings have a notable presence in the market. Given the unique location, Kenton Circle provides the access that many of our competitors cannot.
The meaning of Kenton is "the royal settlement".
I am looking for landmark type of logo that would signify this as a high end office building. This logo will be used in marketing, promotions, publications etc. across all three buildings.
"Kenton Circle" should be main header and "Huntersville, NC" will be subheader
