Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a new logo for a new café called "Jimmy the Milkman".
The location of the café is in a heritage listed building which is quiet old and previously happens to be an old Aussie Milk-bar. Situated on coward street, Mascot NSW, the name derives from the first mayor of Mascot known as James Coward in 1888 who worked as a 'Dairy Man' (Milkman).

The theme of the cafe will incorporate elements of the historical MILKMAN.
White Suits, Black bow tie, Milkman Hat, Milk Jugs & holders etc,

The final design that i wish to convey, is a milkman possibly holding a jug of milk while smiling? (maybe looking like James Coward as attached? ) if he looks to old...maybe not? with the words Jimmy the Milkman

colour? thinking light cream and rgb blue and red?
