Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design for a new business called Your Point of Power. It is a motivational speaking and life coach services company. I want the logo to be powerful and have graphics that reflect power i.e., an arrow piercing its target, a power atom, a higher point on a road or mountaintop, just something that eloquently displays power and points in an upward way. Colors that I'd like to include would be orange, gray and possibly green. The final design should be able to eloquently "play" with the words in a way that seems right and makes sense. The feel should be one of power and not look too friendly nor too serious either.

UPDATE: I would like the figure of a person holding a bow and arrow in the "ready to be launched mode" in a graphically creative way that either sits to the left, right or center of the text. Thanks Designers.
