We need a logo design for a new multifamily (apartment) development company. The company specializes in developing multifamily communities in urban infill locations in upscale coastal markets, such as San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, New York and Washington DC. The logo will be primarily B2B facing, designed to connect with the real estate investment community and industry professionals working within the industry. The logo should project professionalism, stability, strength and experience while invoking an urban market, industry leader and innovative feel. See the attached brochure page sample.

Thank you for all of the entries! We appreciate everyone's effort and now are working to choose the final design. We have had some great entries and am glad we've had such a terrific response.
Not sure how long it will take our judging committee to finalize the selection so please bear with us as we debate the merits of the many excellent designs.
