A ghost restaurant project. I'm looking to create an online restaurant the food concept is comfortable food with a Mexican twist, the food will be a a fusion of pretty much any kind of cuisine but I'll give it a small twist. I will have a website and will be popping up in different kitchens in my area, I live in Bowen Island a small island on the sealish sea (next to Vancouver, Canada) people will order through the website and also see where I'm popping up. I'm looking to operate like that during the summer (I already have some kitchens where I'll cook) but if the project is going right I'm looking to open my own restaurant.
