Jess Mazzone is an executive coach who has been a long-time manager in the Finance industry. Over the last several years, she has moved into the talent and coaching space, honing her skills to help mid and senior-level professionals elevate their capabilities and achieve their career goals. Jess uses skills developed through her management career as well as specific learned coaching techniques. She works with her clients to define their goals, bringing clarity to remove limiting mindsets and create a meaningful path forward. Her goal is to enable clients to move forward with clarity and confidence about what they ultimately want, how they want to be, and what they need to do to achieve their most meaningful career and life aspirations.
She has completed Coach training with The Co-Active Training Institute and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to one-on-one coaching, Jess has designed and facilitated workshops to enable individuals and teams to unlock their collective potential and support each other in their development. Including coaching them to create clear, actionable development plans.
In addition to coaching, Jess runs a photography business where she integrates her expertise as a coach with her passion for photography by bringing life values and bearing witness to significant life events.
