Need a double sided flyer design sized 5.5" x 8.5'' for a medical clinic. The flyer attached for Hyde Park clinic is a good example of what we are looking for.

We need to focus on advertising this clinic as being a walk in clinic with short wait time. We need to make "walk in clinic Now open" eye catching.

We need to include the following messages:
1. Full Family Practice.
2. Accepting new patients.
3. Walk in clinic open Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm.
4. Short wait times.
5. No appointment needed
6.Check out our state of the art Medical clinic.
