Resumen de Diseño Con Ilustración

We need a full page (A4, landscaped) illustration to use as cover for photo books of projects working on justice reform in Tunisia. The illustration may draw from this quote from Ibn Khaldoun: "Justice is the basis for human social organization." The background should use red and white colors (the colors of the Tunisian flag) in an abstract composition. The foreground should be subtle and suggestive rather than descriptive and provide a suggestion or abstract representation of the concept of justice or of a city/human organization. The final illustration should be a light suggestion of justice to be adapted to represent the concepts of access to justice, fairness of justice, and law enforcement (fight against crime).

Illustrations developed for similar projects in other countries are attached (Kosovo--blue & yellow flag; Bangladesh--green and red flag).

• The illustration could use the outline of a city, in fine black/gray, on a abstract red and white background. Alternatively, the illustration could have the outline of a balance (the balance of justice) being leveled, in fine black/gray, on an abstract red and white background. Other ideas/interpretations welcome.
