Resumen de Diseño de Tatuaje

Need a tattoo design for around bicep up to shoulder. Would like a background for the art, and added details or just improvements.
Would love to have some more galaxy elements to it, and want to make the woman the main piece. What I don't like about the current art is that it feels empty or it doesn't have a lot of details, and I want to improve that, it also doesn't have a background, however I don't know what background I would like, so you could improvise. Overall I just think this tattoo by itself may look off on my bicep so I want a fitting background and some improvements to it if possible
