Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello! We are a custom dog bandana company in need of a new logo! We have changed our business name and are completely rebranding. Our new company name is "Rowdy Reindog & Co."
Our brand is centered around my chocolate lab, Blitzen, and I'm looking to have him be the main aspect of the logo. I will attach some photos of him, but if you need additional reference, his instagram is @chocolateblitzen (unapologetic plug).
I would like the logo to be a cartoon-style chocolate lab head with antlers and wearing a bandana. I want this image to have a lot of character and try to capture my own dog's personality as best as possible. He is a real goofy dog, always smiling with his tongue hanging out and my customers know him as our brand mascot. I am imagining this dog head being in a circle, but I am open to other ideas. I think I would like to have the logo background include a light blue or slate blue color. I am trying to stay away from pink. I am trying to market this business toward both male and female consumers. I realize that the image I have painted for you is a fairly feminine cartoon-like logo so I need to balance it out, potentially with the font choice.
I believe I would like the logo to actually say the whole name "Rowdy Reindog & Co." I will likely want to use the same font to make a smaller, very simple logo that reads "RR & Co." for bandana tags and such. I want the font to be easy to read so please stay away from complex cursive fonts.
