Some general feedback to everyone that might be helpful. Broadly the sign is to both provide information and generate interest from buyers. That means that the rendering of the home is important as will be descriptions of the home. It must also feature a phone number.

My sense is that people will walk/drive by and if interested stop to read the sign. That means the pic and headline have to grab but the descriptive text can actually be quite small. Features can be simply listed individually or in prose. We could also consider providing a floor layout pic if you thought that would help the effectiveness of the sign.
