Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Phoenix Fitness and Nutrition brand logo-In search of a logo design, for an existing company who needs a clear brand identity. I do fitness and nutrition training and consultations, to help with overall transformation. I have a program designed for those wanting positive lifestyle changes, by incorporating proper foods and specific exercises based on their unique DNA, while receiving supportive encouragement, accountability, training and education.
It is important the logo represents terms such as "exquisite", "power", "courageous".
I want the company name to appear as "Phoenix Fitness & Nutrition" and accompanied with a Phoenix Rising graphic. It is important that the Phoenix Rising graphic be simple and clean.
I am attaching two graphics for you to refer to, however they are very detailed. I want to simplify the graphic in the logo. Please refer to these only as samples.
I would like the colors to include black, dark red and orange. However I am open to blues and green, depending upon design.
I would like a modern, clean font and open to design. I do not want any classic or times new roman style.
