My Therapy Tool was created by a therapy patient along with a team of experts who saw a need for a more effective interaction between a patient and a therapist in the therapeutic process.

My Therapy Tool is a novel and unique interactive workbook that helps patients create a very specific plan for what works in their lives through the guidance of their therapist. By following a series of steps that help an individual figure out the things that are negatively affecting them, and how to cope with them as they are occurring, a person's unique instruction book is created.

When a person is struggling, they often forget what makes them feel better. My Therapy Tool is a practical component of therapy that can provide very specific and helpful self created strategies that a user can return to in order to help achieve their personal goals.
