Resumen de Diseño de Postal

We need a 6x9 postcard template designed for HTML for our paving business that we can upload to Lob (www.lob.com). We'd also like the traditional print files for the finished product. Must conform to Lob design guidelines (attached) which are pretty simple. For more info visit the support section of Lob's site.

So we need four finished product files:
Postcard Front HTML code
Postcard Back HTML code
Postcard Front eps
Postcard Back eps

Ideally, the template should be something we can easily modify in the future in HTML, like if we wanted to change the photo link, or the 'call to action'.

Attached is a code example of a postcard we are using with Lob currently, in a smaller size, 4x6.

Postcard must list our four services: (Line Striping, Crack Filling, Sealcoating and Asphalt Repair) as shown in examples, and should have the seasonal campaign headline: "Are You Ready for Spring?" similar to the post card example attached.
