Briefing "Redesign the internal PowerPoint presentation of the IT company ELCA".

We would like you to significantly improve an existing presentation to a large audience delivered online during an hour. You should respect the brand guidelines.

Twice a year, the management informs the more than 1400 employees at different locations about news in the company, business performance or exciting new projects. For this purpose, the meeting is streamed and by means of a PowerPoint presentation. Especially in these times, when employees and colleagues have to keep their distance, it is important to us that the presentation also exudes confidence and optimism, both formally and graphically. Colleagues have to leave the session enthusiastic thinking “Only ELCA could do that”.

This is to be done with through imagery, illustrations (e.g., doodles), sound, and animations (e.g., slide show, videos). As well as with graphic adaptations that respect the company brand guidelines in each case. It is of course critical, that IP is respected.

We would like to follow a two-step approach:
• Step 1: collect concepts from a large number of designers quickly, i.e., this week
• Step 2: select favored concept to improve existing presentation until March 11 at the latest

We will provide you with brand guidelines, the presentation and few videos (for partial use if helpful)

We are looking forward to receiving proposals as soon as possible, the final presentation should be ready by the middle of next week.
