Answering your questions:
on the shield should be all 3 elements separately.
the supporters dragon (right) and eagle (left) should be placed on the sides of the shield.

I updated the briefing document as I recognized that the platform automatically translated my English and German briefing into English which might caused confusion as I didn't update the German part, so 2 partially divergent briefings parts stood in the same document. Now it's shortened and only the updated part remains.

I needed to amend the briefing as it turned out that 3 different versions are necessary:
a) coat of arms in color with the 2 supporters
b) coat of arms in color without the 2 supporters
c) coat of arms in b/w with the 2 supporters
