Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our brand.
We are an online gaming league and tournament plateform based in Canada. NETLAG stands for "Northern Esports Tournaments and Leagues for Amateur Gamers".
We would like our logo to have a competitive/sports like. We do not want anything childish/cartoony. We want a neat logo design.
-We are looking for two things :
1. Logo with the full company name.
2. An icon representing our branding that we could use as an phone app logo perhaps.
-We do not have any color pallet in mind, let your creativity flow.
-Here are some company logos that you could get inspired from: Facebook , Instagram, Spotify, Netflix, Youtube
