Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are starting up a clothing branding company that will place logos on apparel for companies. We had someone try and design logos off fiver and were not overly happy with them. Our Company is called Black Dog Apparel. We own the domain blackdogapparel.ca which is also underway as we move towards our launch in two weeks. I've attached someone else's work to this as we didn't like it. It is the coat hanger logo. We kind of liked the concept someone did for blackdog cycle and ski on DesignCrowd. (Also attached)

We're looking for a unique font, something very professional and clean that easily read, but also hints we do apparel. We kind of like the red logo attached but it didn't scream black dog. It screamed coat hanger. Although we thought the idea of BDA is nice as a secondary logo as well. Looking for something clean for mobile apps.

We were throwing around ideas of maybe incorporating a hanger into a black dog, but we are open to suggestions. Keep in mind this logo needs to look great and be prominent on clothing of our own and our site. We don't want paws in the logo at all. We're leaning towards a black dog somehow. Attached in the black is an example found on this site where someone did a Black dog logo. It's not great but it's close.

• Professional. Open to different colour in the wording. But the dog must be black.
