Resumen de Diseño Web

We are looking for a new website design for travel agencies and property managers specialised on vacation rentals business, holiday villas and apartments.

The end users of this website are travellers who are looking for a vacation home for their next holiday: this is the reason why the website must be easy to use, attractive, professional, possibly elegant and focused on get new reservations.

Please consider that we would like to have proposals with a totally different and innovative layout, surprise us!

These are the pages of the website:
• Homepage: feel free to redesign all the homepage as you wish, surprise us with something very new! Please consider that Property manager/Travel agencies usually want to have the opportunity to put in evidence groups of houses with specific characteristics (eg. villas with private swimming pool, apartment in big/small towns, villas with air co, etc…), destinations and tourist areas, and sometimes experiences or activities (please consider that the website layout must be suitable even if some of the previous sections are not used).
• Search page: we’d like to organise the results of the search page in three different ways:
o Grid
o Map
o List
• Property page: to illustrate the characteristics, descriptions, images, …. of the property. It is very important to put in evidence images of the property and to maintain the booking form (and the other call to action bottom – eg. whatsapp) always visible
• Custom pages: static pages composed usually by text, images and call to actions
• Contact us (general form)
• Info request (specific of a property form)
• Booking process
• Blog, organised in four pages:
o Home Page – introduction to the blog
o List of articles
o Single article
o Site Map (presentation of categories and sub-categories)

If possible, we’d prefer to receive the material in Adobe XD or similar so that we can obtain the three versions:
- smartphone
- tablet
- desktop

The website will be then developed in Bootstrap: as a result we’ll need the icons in SVG format (or the library used)
