Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

we are looking for help designing a trifold brochure that could accompany the attached letter, both being mailed in a #10 envelope. With the amount of sponsorship copy, it be a good idea to put the detailed sponsorship level content on a single one-page flyer. One section of the trifold could be a summary level of the sponsorship level and allow the sponsor tear-off that part and mail in their payment. I want the color scheme and design to align with our website https://neurodiverseliving.org while not losing sight that this is a charity golf tournament. The sponsorship detail is not finalized but is directionally correct as shown on page 2 of the letter. What might be ideal is to have a tri-fold, a bi-fold which would contain details of the event along with the copy on the letter, while the one-page flyer would have the detailed sponsor levels & details.

I would also be open to alternative ideas if you think there's a better way of doing this. For example, could we put everything into a one 2-page brochure that would be the same size as the letter. There could be a tear out to mail back but this could fit into an envelope that could accommodate an unfolded 8.5x11 letter. I think this could work but will let you think about best options.

• We have a lot of copy & content to share, so I am not locked into a trifold - bifold concept if a single full size 2-sheet (8 pages) would work better as long as there would be a way for the sponsor to 'tear off' the summary order form. If you think the full size version is a better single option to go with our letter, I would like to use some images from our website along to give the event the seriousness it deserves while still being a golf tournament. This will be our first annual tournament although I am not sure that's important to include.
