Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new commercial real estate development company focused on medical office real estate. We'd like a very corporate and professional logo that communicates strength and stability while being modern. The more simple the design the better. Many logos I like have the font of the name as the key component. I am uploading the logos of some of the companies in our industry. As an example, I like the simplicity of "Welltower" logo. Some tupe of unique design component to the left of the name would be interesting. The samples so far have used the initials DG in some designs but I'm open to other creative desig shapes that are simple at the same time. It needs to be easy to reproduce on shirts, jackets, etc and also would look good in black and white.

• I tend to like wordmark logos where the font and colors of the business name make up most or all of the logo. Some secondary graphic with the wordmark is ok.

Agradable de tener

• I tend to like darker blues or greys but am open to other color that make it look conservative and professional. Think of bank logos or other largest financial companies with conservative logos.

No debería tener

• No lines either horizontal or vertical between words or icons. No medical cross or EKG pulse line as I had suggested in my earlier request.
