Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I would like to create a 3 page (trifold) brochure that can be handed out to clients that come through our community. Our new home community is called Wolf Run located in Southern Kansas City. Homes are from the $400's. There will be four furnished model homes. There is also 13 spec homes available for sale. The main goal of the brochure is to drive people to our website (WolfRunKs.com) and get them to use our interactive plat map which contains nearly all the info about our community.

PS I have attached renderings of the 4 model homes. I would like to have those shown in the flyer. The other images will be helpful and can create a nice reference.
