Resumen de Diseño Web

I need a custom website design for a 5-star hotel. For full details please look at the attached ZIP archive.

The design should be in layers in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign format with all the icons/shapes/maps/graphic assets in vector format (svg, ai, eps) as much as possible.

I prefer white, simple but elegant websites. Please consider the performance/coding experience. We're not making something to show off our design skills on a design contest with fancy parallax effects and confusing animations. We're trying to create usable, functional and clean UI with good UX.

I would like to receive a few option for the color scheme to choose from.

The website will be custom coded, i.e. I'm not using WordPress.

NOTE: Don't bother to submit the generic WordPress style templates. We're looking for something custom made with attention to details. That's why the price is not guaranteed, but don't be mistaken, I'm a long time buyer here on DesignCrowd and all my projects are paid in full.
