Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking to refine our current logo design (including colours and font) to make it more accurately reflect the essence of our company, and to make it more dynamic and versatile.
Gifted Hands HS (Health Services) — a.k.a. Gifted Hands — is a healthcare management company specializing in corporate (health care) staffing and home care services. The company's services are very much based on heart and soul, delivered via highly dedicated and hard working family-like teamwork. We go above and beyond to ensure that our clients and talents are thoroughly looked after with love, compassion and professionalism. Therefore, the logotype should radiate warmth and integrated care, dynamicity and professionalism, transparency and reliability. We are open to and rather would prefer to sticking with the concept of three hands in the circles, as long as it is not as static as it is now, but rather, is dynamic — meaning that the hands are doing something (in particular, caring for someone in a coordinated and compassionate teamwork fashion). We also had two colours in mind — blue and gold/orange (and, maybe grey), however, with that being said we are completely open to the designer's professional perspective and creative intuition.
Also, the logo needs to be designed for various uses — website and social media space (square, horizontal and vertical); as well as in a transparent background version.
