I need a logo for my counselling and psychotherapy startup in Dublin, Ireland called 'Self Insight'.

The brand name has a double meaning, of self insight and self-in-sight.
This refers to the process of both looking inwards to explore feelings, and then viewing the self in context with the client's wider social environment to identify ways of finding healing and meaning from life experiences.
Context:
My therapeutic approach incorporates a spiritual and existential component, is very reflective, focussing on your feelings in the 'here and now', and also places emphasis on finding meaning and personal power by telling your story. A big part of this involves collaboration between therapist and client, and the development of a safe and therapeutic relationship where the client feels secure enough to begin to heal and work through wounding, connect with feeling, and discover meaning.

In terms of design I would like something fairly simple so that it is recognisable and repeatable across various channels. I would like a logo that conveys a sense of reflection, exploration and discovery (of self) - within a safe space. Perhaps someone / an animal starting into a mirror and seeing a vibrant, rich, colourful version of themselves, or something that hints at the possibility of discovery / healing / new insights.

The design should ideally reflect these themes, while reflecting the nature of the business i.e. counselling and psychotherapy, in a warm supportive and safe space.

I am open minded about colour. Design themes that also resonate with me include forest type imagery and also simple or symbolic imagery

Individuals seeking counselling and psychotherapy online or face to face. Anyone over 18 years of age, who may be considering therapy for the first time, or clients who have had therapy before and are looking for a trusted therapist in Ireland (or online) to work with.
Clients looking to explore their identity, their relationships, past trauma, and also consider the exisitential or even spiritual aspects of their experience.

• Must have a recognisable logo / graphic that conveys the general themes of the business. I.e. something that conveys 'counselling / psychotherapy / place for me to reflect and explore myself / place of safety / warmth
  Something quite simple, striking, and not too elaborate.

Agradable de tener

• Perhaps something forest related, or even an animal. Perhaps something involving a mirror, as part of the concept of 'seeing the self'
  
  The logo could play on the idea of self in sight - i.e. seeing 'the self' in a mirror, or through a telescope?! Or seeing a bright reflection of the self in a lake or something...
