Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello everyone! I am trying to grow a business and I am soon going to order better packaging. I have an existing logo that I like but it's really basic and does not look smooth when printed in detail. What I would like is to pay for the best redesign of the logo. I would like to see it reworked from 2D to a more full design, perhaps not necessarily 3D, but you guys are the experts in graphic design and I am excited to see your work.

I need a higher quality with smoothed edges and lines, but black logo on a transparent background. I still heavily use thermal printers and want the better logo for that purpose. You will see that the logos I uploaded look pixelated. I hate it and would love the logo itself to flow better, if that makes sense.

I also need a full color logo. This will be the important one that gets printed at great expense on the product boxes. I would like the black logo and this color logo to generally mirror each other, but this color logo is the main event. I would like this logo to be 3D but still retain the tribal aspects of the original logo. When I think of this logo, I envision the powerful and virile bull elk in a dew soaked forest at dawn. The bull elk plants his feet, takes a large breath, and bugles. He is shouting his dominance and challenge to the world, and nothing can defeat him. The logo captures the moment at the height of his bellow, as powerful and dominant as he is. When you are near a bull elk when he bugles, you can feel it in your chest, all the way through you heart and soul. It is awe striking and takes your own breath away. This is the feeling an emotion I need you help to capture.

For colors, I adore subdued greens, tans and browns. The greens I really love: Fern Green (#4F7942), and Hunter Green (#355E3B). The browns and tans: Fallow (#C19A6B), Light Brown (#C4A484), Tan (#D2B48C).

From the starting point that I want to retain the tribal aspect of the logo design, and the elk in mid bugle, please feel free to express your creativity. I am posting this because you as designers have the creativity and skill.

Just some info on the company: I make preservative free and no sugar added activity snack bars. I am expanding into cold processed soaps and chocolates, so it's not just snack bars anymore. I want the logo to represent all of my products.

So to recap:
-One cleaned up and fleshed out black logo on transparent background.
-One color logo with a green and tan based color scheme (others are okay if they mesh well), that has a 3D aspect, but the whole logo translates well to be printed on product packaging.
