Do you need PSD layout only or coding as well?

Thank you everyone.. I am submitting the designs to client today.. This is the part I hate. I was once a freelance designer and developer a LONG time ago so I understand how hard everyone has worked on these. I also understand how easy it is to take existing designs and swap out graphics and text. Nothing wrong with that, it's actually smart and I respect it. I will get back to everyone with the chosen design shortly. Thanks again
