The name and the logo should point to a healthy life style through consumption of healthy food. Healthy food comes from healthy soils, whence the name "dirty", meaning dirty soils equals healthy soils. Dirty relates to the microbiome of the soil, the totality of micro organism, like, bacteria, fungi, etc that lives in the soil and helps the plants to grow and be healthy.
