Why can't I send the design, what's so special about this job???

I am not sure what you mean. Sorry I am new at this and have no idea why 'cant send the design'.

I still join and send other jobs normally. But this jop I really like and care, but there is no button to submit the design. can you review the designer requirement??

I have had 4 submissions so far so I dont think I have done anything wrong. Maybe contact support?
