Just a clarification on where to find relevant details on the brochure: i. Home - ii. About Us - Brochure Page 11. And Page 3. iii. Services - This will have sub pages. Page 4 of the brochure has main details. Page 5 - 10 expands on this main services and provides further details. iv. Markets - Brochure Page 2 v. Projects- I will provide this list later to the winning designer. Designers shall provide sample page to show look and feel. vi. Contact - This will have company contact details (page 12 of brochure). Also, it will request first name, last name, phone number, email address, comments and submit button.

3. Services 3.1. This is a tricky one. 3.2. Want to see a main page and 6 sub pages underneath. First we will see the main page (3.3). Then scroll down to see other pages in order. 3.3. Main Page: Three sections. 3.3.1. Projects 3.3.1.1. Existing building BMS upgrades 3.3.1.2. Existing building BMS expansions 3.3.1.3. New building BMS installations Like to see a similar image on page 4 (bottom) of brochure which explains that there are 6 phases for projects. These phases are completed in the same order. The 6 sub pages will be as per the brochure. Just copy the contents and images. The image is to give you an idea only. Please use a better image/idea. This first section "Projects" is the only one that is expanded further into 6 more sub pages for each project phase. Other two sections "Peer Reviews" and "Due Diligent Report" are not expanded further. 3.3.2. Peer Reviews 3.3.2.1. Specifications 3.3.2.2. Fee proposals 3.3.2.3. Contractor Submittals 3.3.3. Due Diligent Report 3.4. Sub pages. 3.4.1. Gap Analysis – refer to brochure for contents. Further, I want to see the same image above in this sub page in addition to the background image, but highlight only the first phase and grey out the rest. So the reader will clearly understand that this page is about the first phase out of 6. 3.4.1.1. Phase 1 highlighted. 3.4.1.2. Phase 2 – 6 – greyed out to represent future stages. 3.4.2. Concept Design – same as above. But in here the second phase is highlighted and others greyed out. Probably three different ways/colours. 3.4.2.1. Phase 1 colour to represent that this is completed. 3.4.2.2. Phase 2 highlighted. 3.4.2.3. Phase 3 – 6 – greyed out to represent future stages. 3.4.3. Specification 3.4.4. Tender 3.4.5. Please avoid using any images of any cities such as Sydney. I do projects in all the cities, so do not want to emphasise any one city.
