Open House for New Office of RCGC Construction, we have a logo, not sure what other graphics to put on the invitation and make it fun

Main target audience: Residential Building Architects (Custom Homes)
so we want to maybe target it towards that with a sketch of design/house/plans?
Drinks and food at: Rasta Taco around the corner
LUCKY DOOR PRIZES: ipad, etc (need to be present to win)
Current BORING design attached
Event is on Thursday, 7/15 from 3-6 pm
