Resumen de Diseño de Etiqueta

We are wanting some new labels for our coffee pouches.
We are an established, small family owned specialty coffee roaster called Six8 Coffee Roasters, and we are located in Yass, NSW Australia.
Label dimensions are 100 x 150mm, to fit on a couple of different bag sizes. We use coffee pouches with kraft paper finish.
We have 3 main blends, Bohemian, Spearhead & Dark Horse, and a range of rotating single origin coffees. We would get labels printed for the blends, but then need a 'generic' design that we can either write the name on, or stick another sticker over for the single origin coffees.

statement: we give $1 from every kg of coffee sold to the rescue, prevention and rehabilitation of children from slavery.

We would like to use colour to help differentiate the different blends somehow.
We are after a creative, clean design, that is representative of specialty coffee (not large commercial coffee brands).
I have uploaded our logo both with and without our tagline, and also some other packaging inspiration that i like (I quite like the canyon coffee label design).
