Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Our existing logo is over 25 yrs old, and given that our business has downsized recently we figured we needed a facelift. We really want a text only design but still not a bland basic design. Possibly with the words in brackets incorporated in small text beneath the 'AGL'. I have attached our old logo beneath and a colour we want to use in the text.
