Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called 'Arrow Services' which is the provision of pest control and janitorial services. Our mission is “To deliver Professional and Reliable services through our Committed workforce, thereby building a lasting partnership.” So that, need a variation to the base design and get the overall effect to be much better. We would like to see the design using similar color based on the uploaded design. Might we can have some version that doesn't have the square backing perhaps, and the arrows as the iconic logo?
