Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a logo design for my new company Expedition Group. This company is positioned as a real estate development consulting company. In other words I help real estate developers with all aspects of their work: finding tenants, finding sites, getting financing (from banks/funds and individuals), and strategizing on holding property long term versus selling in the shorter term. My goal is to help developers grow their development platforms by speeding up the time typically required to find new tenants and get funding for deals.

I chose the name Expedition Group because expedition is a multi-meaning word. The first meaning is "a journey or voyage with a purpose", and the second is "promptness or speed in doing something." I want my company to be both of these meanings in terms of helping clients on their voyages by speeding up delivery of projects. Ultimately I want the logo to convey both meanings to clients.

I will use the logo on my website, my email, LinkedIn, and business cards. I tend to prefer modern, clean, simple designs. I'm open to different color schemes, especially ones that don't rely on blue as the base.

Ideally the logo will convey growth, speed, effectiveness.

• A completed logo that can be used on website, LinkedIn, Email, business cards, any client facing document

Agradable de tener

• clean, modern font, ideally a bit uncommon. Would be great to see some color schemes less reliant on blue, which seems to be the most common

• a kitschy appearance, cheap or antiquated type. Also don't want the logo to show houses/residential real estate types
